Custom-Made Items

All wedding dresses and custom-tailored products are made specifically according to the client’s measurements, design preferences, and approved specifications. Because these items are personalized and created individually, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Clients may request an order cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order, provided that production has not yet started. If the cancellation is approved within this timeframe, any payments made will be refunded minus applicable transaction or administrative fees.

Alterations and Adjustments

We strive to ensure the perfect fit for every client. Minor alterations related to sizing adjustments that fall within the agreed measurement range may be provided according to the terms specified in your order agreement. Additional changes beyond the original design scope may incur extra charges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design specifications, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we may offer repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases: changes in personal preference after production has begun, incorrect measurements provided by the client, normal variations in color due to screen displays, or delays caused by external shipping providers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, customs duties, and related costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
